Our last day was totally devoted to our journey home. After a short sleep we started our day with a lovely breakfast at 4 a.m.
The flight was good and around lunch we landed safely on our homeland. And here we had some lessons to learn from:
Lesson one: always buy a ticket on public transport and remember to buy the right one.
Lesson two: don’t leave your camera and other possessions in the restroom. You might not find them. Luckily we did.
Our bus ride to Wroclaw was also comfortable. Wroclaw greeted us with the rain and cold, which didn’t bother us at all. After our stay in Iceland we are well-prepared for weather quirks.
Goodbye our Icelandic friends. We are missing you a lot. Thank you for your hospitality.
